Hi,trying to get into chat room, but no luck, only get as far as the pop up - do I need broadband to do this?

If you're on AOL, you have to use a different browser. If you're not on AOL, then I don't know.

The chat room is a flash based service. If you are unable to view flash with your browser then you must add the browser plug-in for flash or you won't be able to participate in the chat room.
