I bought the book, am signed up for a work shop and am excited to learn. I have had headaches since 1999, memory loss and aches/ pains, depression, broken bones, too much to list.... My ears ring / wine.

I have been to many doctors, tried many meds, been to a spiritual healer, energy worker, accupentureist, and more.

I am not sure where to start or if I can actually do QT. I have tried but, have not been successful. I have read many of the messages and know I need to relax and not "think" so hard.

I pray this will eventually help me; so, I can help others.

ANYBODY can do QT. If you can breathe and think (use consciousness, imagination and intent), you can do it. You're proficient at both those, right?

This is true. And although a person can learn from the book, there are things that we can do or not do correctly that can thwart or block the energy, so I'm glad to hear you'll be taking a workshop. It really is so simple and you'll not only learn QT but you will receive the added benefit of having the other students work on you.

If you'd like that, I'd suggest going to the "Healing Request" forum and asking for energy to be run for you.

Hi Giovanni 70, don't be shy, nobody here cares if your english is perfect. As long as we understand each other, it's OK!

I understand spanish, I know that some people here speaks and wrights, but if I were you, I would try to comunicate in englhish, that way you reach the hole fambly.

If you scroll up to the top of this page you should find:

Quantum-Touch quantumtouch.groupee.net Forums General Discussion Quantum-Touch General Discussion Where to start, new to QT

Click on the word "Forums"
When that page comes up, click on the sixth one down - "Healing Requests"

Then click on the tab that says "New"
And then click "Discussion"

There you go!
Some people, when running energy or even sending prayers feel it helps them to focus if they have a first name and location (general) but only if you're comfortable sharing.
