I just completed the first day of the Basic workshop. The first time we did the group session I could feel subtle feelings in my hand, but I that wasn't great. The second group session must have opened something because I felt extreme vibrations in my hands and other parts of the body. I could feel these vibrations near my stomach, all over my face and in the torso area. I was curious if it is normal to feel these sensations all over in addition to the hands. It feel like I was in trance and a feeling of bliss.

After I finished giving my session, I was barely able to speak correctly. My mouth didn't want to move in controlled way. Wow! I felt the tingling for quite awile.

My question is how would I be able to bring this vibration quicker? It seemed to me it took atleast ten minutes to start feeling these vibration.

It is all part of the learning process. You're doing great - keep practicing.

I noticed that areas that have been hurting or were injured in the past will tingle when I'm giving QT. I figure that my body is taking advantage of the raised vibrations and doing some healing of it's own. I would suggest that if tingling is stronger in some body parts then others, that the same is happening for you.

By the end of my first day I was buzzing and tingling all over. So you're on the right track.

I still have a little difficulty feeling anything in my torso, but from the results I'm having I know the energy is there. Like our instructors told us, even if you don't feel it in an area of your body, the energy is there, and is running. I just need to work on body awareness more.
