My hands tend to turn themselves on when I am initially waking up, or if I'm tired and need to take rest. They were a little like that anyway, but since I started with QT it has been reved up so much that it caught me by surprise. It just started on its own one morning, and ever since it pretty much goes. Once in a while it may need a reminder, but mostly it takes off all on is own at those times. Tho not sure why. Possibly some connection to relaxation. If anyone else experienced this, i.e. when going to sleep or upon awakening, I'd love to hear about it. ~ Namaste, Priitaa

Check and see if you feel any "buzzing" or energy flowing in other parts of your body. You may be giving yourself a treatment! I have found that once you start the healing process, it can start spontaniously! This is always a good thing!

The buzzing of the hands in my experience is an indication that the acupoint known as Lao Gong is open and that energy is flowing. This point is about the size of a silver dollar and is located in the center of the palm. As more energy is run the fingertips join in this buzzing and then the whole hand joins in the fun.

So I'm saying this is an indication that energy is flowing well, that you have cleared a major energy meridian and that your awareness of this flow as well as your overall sensitivity has increased! The more we practice the more subtleties we are able to notice.

I feel it mostly in my hands, but still significantly running up my body - about 1/3 the time that way. Sometimes all the way from the feet, tho others it starts from different points. Yes, this is good! Hope this spontaiety continues. ~ Namaste, Priitaa

I have been able do to this before, so not sure how much clearing has gone on. Yet, it seems more powerful now. So maybe QT cleared that chakra or meridian further.



It is fun. Sometimes my left thumb will shake a bit, or a little a right fnger, but mostly left. Was rather funny to watch this happen when I knew I was not doing it myself.



Another fun thing is when merely thinking abou it, often my hands just start to turn on then too. Like right now as I'm typing about it. Its wonderful so many can learn to do this quickly & in this way assist others to heal. ~ Namaste, Priitaa
