I have been interested in all sorts of alternative treatments, but have never heard of this until today. This is fascinatiing, I am ordering the book right now. Should I read the book before ordering the tapes? Do they cover the same material?

The book and tapes cover essentially the same material. Watching the tapes are more like attending a workshop which brings the class to life in a way that the book can't do. The workshop is layed out and broken down with exercises, practice sessions, etc. The video workshop works best if done in a group setting.
