I kind of did a search for this topic and didn't see much. Sorry if it has been discussed before.
I have friend who is interested in QT. She is one of those people that stops watches and blows light bulbs. The electric fence on her farm won't work when she is around it. She is wondering how QT will work through her, affect her, what the relationship might be with body electricity and QT. Any thoughts?

I know several people who blow bulbs and do really good work with QT. No worries there, Karen.

Ditto what Trane said. I'm one of those people and a happily working QT Practitioner.

Every streetlight in my yard has blown within a day or two of my moving there since I was a teenager. If anything, the QT could probably help her understand her telekinetic/tele-electric energy signature much better, and be able to tentatively curb or calm it for her.

I have an anti-social neighbour who runs machines at night and is unresponsive to normal friendly talk.
Could i learn to affect this machine on purpose? What would be the suggested appraoch to try?

Perhaps sending love would be a better solution?

Our dear Zeneagle is another one who leaves a path of electrical and electronic destruction, and she is also another marvelously gifted healing practitioner like our dear Sonja and Ashley!

The only electrical or electronic things I ever break are the ones I try to fix...

Arjan, I hope you are joking: curses are real mojo one can learn to do, but what goes around comes around, so I side with our dear, heartful Jana on the love and blessing side of things!

i was not thinking about curses and magic alfred, no way i will get involved in that kind of thing. Wondered more of a way to affect the energy around the machine like people appear to do naturally.

Reason is that love is the last feeling i feel for these people. It is my goal to develop this buddistic attitude but it will take me a while.

Can i also try to send universal love without feeling it specifically for them? Problem i see is that the intent could then glide to using love as weapon which i also sounds funny with poss unexpected effects.

Any possible unexpected effects from Love would only be good, Arjan!!!!

Unconditional Love is without attachment... so if you are sending, without attachement to the person - just sending love to the situation, it may be a way to start. We all have trouble with noisy, inconsiderate obnoxious neighbors!!!! The first thing I try to do when I am "disturbed' (I'm using kind language here) is I try to wrap the bad feelings in love - like wrapping fish guts in butcher paper, wrap it and put it aside until the universe can transmute my bad mojo....

I have been known to send love (sometimes with clenched teeth - is that still love?) to barking dogs, loud music, drunks yelling all night long.... Does it help? It helps me keep my balance some of the time and I'm working, bit by bit to increase it from some to most ....

Yeah... QT does help. Perhaps you could QT the loud machine and intend that it be quiet? It's all about intent. Sending for the highest and best good.... And yes - I have had the occasional success with mechancial things.... mostly when I don't have my teeth clenched....

If you can't feel love, I would start with feeling compassion and then when the "charge" is off it for me change to love.

Another approach to noisy neighbors etc is explained in the book "Invoking the Light" by C.J. Reynolds. Basically, you just say, with feeling and visualization: "I invoke the grace of [X], who fill [Y] with light. Light dissolves all darkness."

X can be God, Benign Spirits, or whatever high-consciousness entity you like to appeal to.

Y would normally be "me" to start. Then Y can be "my family" or something equivalent. Then make it "my residence", then "this neighborhood", then the neighbors residence, then his/her family, and finally him/her- self.

Repeat three times for each Y.
Do the whole procedure twice daily, if possible.

Eventually, the target will either rectify his/her behavior or move away.

It has worked for me!

A friend of mine focused on blowing a machine once just by thought and it did break down.... she's not a very happy person though. Not worth it in the karma world, if you ask me.

I agree with everyone in sending love with QT Arjan. I have also had irritating neighbors and found that adding a piece of citrine crystal in the windows pointing at/facing that neighbor will also help with their attitudes... not sure about the machine. But, the citrine worked ever so well, even in a work cubicle. In fact so well the citrine cracked that was pointed toward a hostile coworker. When I left that job, the crack healed. Citrine is known for it's protection against negativity. So, you could even try enhancing the crystal with QT.
