I was just wondering if anyone who has purchased the 12 color meditation cd would be willing to share their experiences with it. Also could someone detail a bit of what the cd covers aside from the meditation itself? Thanks.

A friend just loaned me hers -

The CD pretty much covers the part of the Supercharging book explaining the meditation and the part explaining ways to make your healing sessions better. It presupposes a study of Basic QT. I'd say at least 60% of the CD is about making your healing sessions better. I LOVE this information and find it very helpful - every time I read or hear this information, I find it to be wonderful! However, it seemed a bit inaccurate to title the CD "12-color meditation" since it seems that more than 50% is about refining your healing techniques.

In addition to giving you all the facts about the 12 colors and how to do the meditation properly, Alain talks you through the actual meditation at the end which, of course, takes less than 10 minutes.

I believe it would be most useful for people who take in information best by listening, rather than reading it, or would like an auditory review they can put on their iPod and listen to when the take a walk or something.

I really enjoyed the CD, but if you have the Supercharging book, it doesn't really give you any further information.

Great! (Also, just wanted to add that, in looking at the list of tracks on the CD, I see it's actually more like 40%/60% improving your healing/color meditation material - guess it just seemed like more when I was listening because I wasn't expecting it originally.)

It's a great CD and I love having the meditation as an audio to keep one focussed. Lots of great tips as well. I have just got mine and am looking forward to using it.
