yesterday night i started my first selfhealing-session (about 45mins) with QT.
after i did some firebreathing, i got the "usual" energy-gloves, meaning that my hands
were tingling like there is no tomorrow, then maybe 5 mins later i began to sweat heavely, slowed down to the 2-6 breathing.
all together i would say that i was in this "state" for about 30 mins and i stopped because i felt getting weaker and it was no joy anymore...
after this session i was pretty thirsty, got up and drank a glass of cold water.
now i was HUNGRY! You would not believe it hwo hungry i was.
Like i did really heavy work....
btw, the self-healing was on my eye-sight.

Has anybody ever had similar experiences?

Hello, scorpio, and welcome to the "fambly!" Smiler

As unique individuals with unique physical bodies, we all have some sort of physical "reaction" when we begin to work with QT so openly and earnestly. Some have sweats, some get shaky, some go into hyperventilation (please do take care to listen to your body tell you how best to breathe to avoid this), some are extremely hungry/thirsty/crave chocolate (lol!), etc. It's all just a part of how our physical bodies are integrating a newer, freer flow of energy through their systems, and they are adjusting.
The cold water is a wonderful, highly advisable thing for any type of body or energy work - both for facilitator (ourselves) and healer (client). Since you are doing self-healing work, drink as much clear, clean, pure water as you can. It will greatly help with the changes you are wanting to see happen in your own health.
I craved chocolate after sessions when I first began doing QT. (If you go into the evening chat sessions here and ask, they'll all agree, I was the chocoholic! hahaha)
So rest easy...you're doing beautifully. As long as you're paying attention to your respiratory system while sweeping and breathing and not forcing things (which will lead to hyperventilation), the sensations are just a part of working with QT, while your body and energy system adjusts to the new influx of energy. It will settle in and calm down for you the more you play and practice, I promise! Smiler

I wish you many blessings and send you hugs, and welcome you to our QT Fambly! Big Grin

Hi Scorpio, well come to the FAMBLY.
Where are you from, we are courious...

Each one of us feel energy on it's way.
I feel a lot of heat, maybe you are like me, and the end result is sweat, do not worry.
The energy you learn from the book is Yang, there is a tendency to make you hungry, again, it is normal, sometimetimes in addition you are thirsty, normal.
Hint: drink a lot of water.
Conclusion: You are on the right track.
