Could you be working too hard at it, rather than having a more "allowing" frame of mind? Just a thought....This time frame seems to be just a little more than one hour. It would take me the entire hour just to write it down, I think. Writing it down in detail is one way to examine the events, I'll grant you, but for me, constantly stopping to write would interrupt the flow and prevent me from staying in the moment. Have you finished reading the book yet?
