I have just recieved the quantum touch book and have been starting the first exercises. At the momment the only person I could practise with is my 5 yr old daughter. She is very loving and kind but is she too young to learn with me?

Congratulations on getting started doing QT - I think you're going to have fantastic experiences.

I've had children in my workshop as young as 8. The girl had a fabulous time as did everyone in the room. She raised her hand and asked wonderful questions. Everyone adored her. The only requirement in my workshops is that the child has a desire to be there. I would be very careful and only try to teach her when she expresses an interest in learning. If she is interested, you can easily show her to feel body sweeps and to do some deep breathing. Don't worry about having her do things perfectly - it's not that important. She will likely have a short attention span, so I'd be easy about asking her to work longer than it's fun to do so. I suggest that you keep your focus on having fun and the love in the exchange.
