Hi All,

I am wondering how to effectively send distance healing to many people. Do you send them all at once. I have done it like writing all the names on a piece of paper but this does not really work for me I find it to impersonal and I have heard it does not really work.

As I do not always get feedback from the ones I send to I do not know if it is really effective.

At the moment I do it one by one but with the long list of the ones asking for help it takes a long time.

Would appreciate your suggestions/ideas very much how you do it?

Hi, Pinky.
A visualization that I like is to run energy into a sphere between my hands. This sphere is about 6 to 8 inches across and becomes a glowing ball of golden white light. The I visualize a grid of golden strands about a foot out from the ball - interconnected like a 3 dimensional spider web. Then expanding the grid to 10 feet out, 100 feet out, ever larger, ever expanding, all interconnected. A mile out, several miles, and so forth. Very quickly, it cover the whole earth and beyond. Then, one by one, I visualize the person, or situation, I want to connect to the grid - send energy to. I "see" them in miniature, and place them inside the grid, connected to the grid with a golden strand. When I'm finished, I like to set the intent that each person will remain connected to the grid, and receive energy, for as long as is usefull and helpful for them.

If it is general, usually I would bring all the faces of the people one by one in my mind, if it's to someone on the board then I focus on the name. But sometimes as you mentioned, I don't or can't get feedback, so how effective this mass sending of energy, I can't be sure.

Sorry, me neither. I feel it takes all my concentration to deal with one person. I do realize this is a self-imposed limit but I don't seem ready to do multi-numbers.
I feel it would divide the energy but then I also believe that I am using Infinite energy!

If two, why not two thousand? That's NO different and then why not six billion? The mind boggles!

I've said this before but just because I think it bears repeating, you can offer the energy between your hands or even in just one hand to the collective conciousness of a large group of people. Perhaps when you are out shopping or at the local cafe. Watch for sudden laughs,smiles and brightening complexions. Just imagine a white ball of energy in your hand representing the collective consiousness of the group you are offering the energy to. Works everytime for me!

Hi Pinky,
Just as you are tapping into the collective consciousness of the group you are sending to, you can also tap into the collective consciousness of all the groups who have in the past present and future come together to do healing work. I find that it amps up the energy immensely to do so. You are then part of a "healing circle" rather than doing it alone.
