Hi,

This is an experiment. My husband got a terrible cold last week and is still fighting it. As I feared, I woke up with the beginnings of it yesterday, and thought - I can't get sick, I have to cook a turkey in two days!!!! Anyway, I began to feel progressively worse throughout the day and I started taking some brand of those zinc tablets (which probably helped some). My head was starting to hurt and my nose and face were full of snot (sounds pretty, huh).

When I got home from work, I went to bed, and thought about QTing myself, but I just didn't feel like I had the energy to help myself. Then I tried imagining a little ball of energy in my hands, and intended that I would send it out and it would bounce right back to me (like sending email to yourself) with all the universal healing energy I needed. I spent about 30 seconds imagining this, and then literally blew into my hands like I was blowing fairy dust. When I went to take in my next breath, my sinuses weren't blocked, my head didn't hurt, and I felt energized - INSTANTLY! I laid there for about a half hour longer in amazement, realized I felt fine, and got out of bed. Other than a runny nose, I felt great and had energy.

When I woke up this morning, I just had some sinus drainage, but I don't feel sick - it's how you feel a few days after you've overcome a cold - a runny nose, but otherwise you feel fine.

Anyway, I thought I would attach a similar energy intent to this post so that anyone who didn't feel well could request it, and see if it makes any difference. I also thought that whoever uses it can then add their own intent to it as well if they'd like. Let me know if you feel anything; as I said, this is an experiment.

WOW! I'm here to say that yesterday I was sick and thought oh NO! Thanksgiving being sick w/3 kids?! I tried to rest yestardayand took some "airborne" cold supplements and felt only slightly better but last night went to sleep w/my hand over my eyes and felts warmth on and off all night... Tried to muster up the umph to send energy but couldn't. never the less I feel that the night long tiny bits of energy made a difference as I stood up just now and sneezed HUGELY and the whole left side is clear and the sick cloud is lifting! NOW I'm taking my tea back to bed and going to "Bounce" that energy ball you talked about! Going to try to recieve your bounced ball too. :KIKO

Thanks for this, Kim! Yet another way to transcend our assumptions of limitation! I'm going to do this as soon as I get home!

Let me know if any of you feel anything at all - I didn't really know what I was doing . Oddly enough, I seem to have pretty good results when I QT myself, but only occasionally see results in others, so I thought this would be interesting.

Hi TKDMom and all the others on this thread. I caught your lovely energetic bouncy ball and sent it with intent into my lower back and ... walla !! pain gone. Now I'm going to send it, with intention for her higher good, to my Mom who also has back problems and recently eye problems as well. Thank you. I love this stuff !
