I would contact the QT office directly, Louise. That way you KNOW that your message arrived there, no second-parties in the chain. And, it can't hurt to also contact Mervyn and put a little bug in his ear, LOL.

One has to consider that to learn QT in Holland is Euro 275, but in England only Euro 200 approx
