Dear Quantum touch,

What I mean is that I wish to eradicate the past , that it does not affect me and also as in in a different dimension it does not even exixt because it has been destroyed. It is not there anymore , vanished and forgotten and even more. Also to send energy to me and me mother for our well beingand so much more too.
A complete turaround of events for the positive once and for all and even more.
THe expectation of unbelievable success and yes even more.

As I look at it, the past itself is automatically eradicated. It is our attachments to the thought forms about the past, that we have to release. We have to look at our past as a necessary lesson however painful it was. We have to learn to observe the rising emotions triggered by our thoughts about past events without identifying with them.(Okay easier said than done but not impossible)
I suggest reading 'You can Heal your Life' by Louise Hay, and 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle.

Yes, the past doesn't exist because it's gone. The future doesn't exist because it's not here yet. The only thing that exists is the present moment. Nicky is correct, it's the thoughts and emotions that linger from the "past," and the anxiety and anticipation about the "future" that haunt us.

It is a difficult concept: There is ONLY the present moment. We all struggle with that, certainly I do, too. Then, there is the concept that there is no such thing as "time," and that all things past, present and future are in the present moment. That's even more difficult, but science is seriously aimed in that direction.

There is no time. There is only one of us. Everything is connected. Sounds simple, doesn't it.
