Hi ALL,

I just finished a session, probably one like I never have had. This is a client I have on a weekly bases. When I started sending energy I was cold, not like the cold or hot that you normally get. I was ICE cold!! My whole body including the tip of my nose. So cold that I had blankets piled on me and the more I sent the colder I got. I was expecting to see my breath at any minute. It was extremely difficult for me to continue. I have been doing this long enough, and this is the first time I've had this experience.

Thoughts????

By the way, now the session is finished I'm fine back to short sleeve shirt and all blankets are way off.

Gosh, I hope you're okay. It doesn't sound very pleasant. What were the client's perceptions?

I'm sure you've already thought of this, but could it have anything to do with your not feeling the best last week, and maybe not being all the way over that? Of course, I guess if that were the case, then you would have had the problem with others.

Whatever you figure out, please take care of youself, because you are such a treasure and a strong source of healing to those on this forum.

The session was with your dear friend and I'll ask her.

It was just weird. I started out with a short sleeve shirt, warm and confortable. As I continued the colder I got, almost like I was in a freezer. The room was even cold.

Has anyone had that happened???

I've been having a few 'cold flashes' lately myself. One night I was wrapped up in blankets and hubby couldn't handle my cold legs anymore, I finally had to use my heating pad to warm up enough to get to sleep, otherwise only a hot shower will do.

It's happened to me about 3 times in the past few weeks, it comes on all the sudden and hubby who's usually colder then me is totally fine. I've noticed it happens after I've done some sessions.

I wonder if it's a similar thing or totally unrelated hmmmmm it's miserable though.

This has happened to me on occasion, more so recently.
I get so freezing cold when running energy sometimes and it doesn't matter how much clothes I put on, I can't get warm.

Okay, now I know I'm not wierd.

During the past two weeks, I've had the same thing happen to me, but it's been hit or miss, and never with the same recipient of the session. I get so chilled that my teeth start chattering.

I'm thinking if this many of us are experiencing this similar sensation, if there is something going on with the energy.

I do know there have been some massive energy shifts here recently, like within the past month to 6 weeks. It could be that the energy we're facilitating/channelling is stronger than what we've all been used to in the past, and our bodies are trying to adjust to the adaptation. I don't get the sense that this situation is anything that should cause concern; maybe it's just another "step up" on our paths as energy medicine practitioners?

Whatever the reason or rhyme behind it, it sure does feel uncomfortable, "new." I find it fascinating that there's more of you out there that are experiencing the same things. I used to get warmer, sometimes breaking a slight sweat. Now, I'm getting cooler, sometimes flat-out cold, as you all are reporting as well.

Interesting...somewhat creepy, but very interesting.

I can say that Rick and I will be in the same room running energy and while I'm freezing, he (like always) is peeling the clothes off and sweating.
Other times I break a sweat.
Also, doing the Sunstar last weekend, there were twelve of us and when we finished there was one woman who was like a block of ice while the rest of us were perfectly comfortable.
Again, the cold spells have definately increased for me in the past few weeks.

Hi folks,
I believe this may be related to the geomagnetic shift as we moved a few days ago into a new "reverse polarity" sunspot cycle (cycle 24) on (I think) Tuesday. Subtle energy, I find, often precedes such major shifts by up to a couple of weeks.

Sunspot cycles are 11 years long in each polarity, making a total cycle of 22 years. The peaks and troughs are associated with electromagnetic disturbances in the atmosphere which affect satellites and radio transmissions.

A google search will tell you much more.

Hmmm... I haven't had cold quite so intensely as you have all described here, but one thing I have noticed very recently (last few weeks) is that the soles of my feet get very cold when I am running energy. Chilled. Yet my hands and the rest of me are hot or normal (well fairly normal LOL).

So perhaps this is, in a small way, related to your temperature adjustments too?

Alfred, that's VERY interesting about the subtle energy shifting with the sunspot cycle. Kinda cool....ROFL

I observed that cold feeling too, but I was attributing that to tiredness and late night chats, lol.

I was very surprised when I find that I have cold feets during QT lay on hands work, and after that I observed myself more closely. It happened again even during amplification!!!tehnique of myself on another occasion, and I thought that I wasn't grounded properly, so I re-checked, but that only intensified the overall coldness.(hands stayed hot!!)

I have experienced the cold body but warm/hot hands and feet recently too(thanks christina for directing me here). I was thinking perhaps my own energy was being used but not the universe? so i was running out of it or something? so anyway I stopped for a while as I'm still a newbie at this. The responses here are kinda reassuring though hehe

I'd like to add that I'm just glad there's a community here to check in with when something weird happens! And i always find it amazing when people around the world experience similar things!

I had some trouble with something similar, it
started about june last year. In the beginning I got a cold scalp this then progressed to other parts of the body and over night I woke up with a cold scalp. By chance I played with the 12 chakras and found out that as soon I tapped into the 8th chakra the resonance from there was/ is a lot stronger then I'm used too. It goes right through the body and the cold scalp has gone after a while. I didn't do anything else.
Would be interesting to see if this can help you too.

I'm interested in pursuing this so I need to clarify some points.
What do you mean by "played with" and "tapped into" because if you're talking about making them spin, glow, pulse, make sure the color is clean/pure...with several of us we've done that and it didn't change anything.
But then their might not be a universal "solution".

Sometimes when I begin to amp up with ,supercharging, I tap into the individual chakras and enjoy the vibs/ energy. Nothing else. When I tap into the 8th chakra I've notice that energy rises right up to the crown chakra and my body is quit on on a buzz. I stay in that state for a while . That's it.
