Hello,
I'm wondering if someone can give some insight into why one must take an advanced courses in order to become an instructor? I can understand taking multiple Basic workshops to get experience, but I'm not sure why they want one to take the Advanced workshop also. I'm finding that it gets a little steep (money wise) if one is trying to build up to their instructor in any 'relatively' short time frame. Basic Workshop - $300 Basic Workshop - $150 Pract. Cert - $200 Basic Workshop - $150 Basic Workshop - $150 Adv. Workshop - $700 Inst. Cert - $300 ------- $1950 + Travel/Lodging which has cost me as much as the classes/certs so far. Personally I'm ok with the repetitive Live Basics, the Hours, Insights, Certification costs. And have every intention of doing the Core Transformation courses someday, it would just be nice if I didn't have to add the $700 CTI course (+ travel) before I could start teaching Basic-QT. Is their a instructor track coming for the Supercharging/Core Transformation I & II? Thanks for the insight. Peace & Namaste' Greg Greg Beaty |

Hi Greg,
I understand what you say, and its no excuse to say that "well, the rest of us had to do it this way". The Supercharging course in my opinion "opens" (can't think of a better word)you to a higher level of understanding of the possibilities of QT. The techniques certainly can make QT work higher and quicker. In fact, I think some of it is essential to teach in the basic course, otherwise it seems we are only giving half the techniques away. The basic QT course is sold a complete, but it isn't bit in my opinion without some of the S/C bits. There was talk from QT admin a few weeks ago about letting Instructors teach bits of S/C, but haven't heard anything recently Aztec |

Hi Greg,
Also, IMO, the Basic QT instructor should have a pretty high mastery of the basic and intermediate techniques, which the SC course --in theory if taught to Alain's high standards-- certainly optimizes one's abilities in these areas. Also, an instructor should expect a show sufficient commitment to all the QT techniques in order to represent QT and recommend the advanced courses to students, possibly demonstrating how much of a difference they make, etc. I haven't taken the live Basic course myself, but I would certainly recommend that there at least be a taster toward the end of SC for sure and probably CT also, in which case it's going to be the instructor demonstrating. Blessings, Alfred P.S. While I haven't had the Basic Live course, I've gone through the interactive workshop with groups a few times and taken both the advanced SC and CT courses (I'm not looking to become a practitioner or trainer: just a more skilled and effective healing arts practitioner) A grass-roots experiment in life force healing by Quantum Touch® enthusiasts: Quantum Thought Collective Healing Intention - http://quantumtouch.groupee.ne...1071811/m/4371031152 Ask me about BE SET FREE FAST™! |

I wonder about this too, because QT as practiced by Bob Rasmussen was, as I understand it, only some of the techniques taught in the Basic Course! The commitment to seeing the client as whole, or well, is one thing I recall Richard crediting with Bob's great results.
The cost of advanced courses and the fact they don't happen often over in the UK is a barrier to making QT more widely known, I think. |

Hi Jani,
Actually, Robert Rasmussen never practiced QT, but his own Regenesis healing method. QT is Richards (successful, IMO) attempt to operationalize Robert's technique of running energy, which apparently is not as well articulated in Regenesis, which focuses more on hand placement in specific patterns (Richard confirmed this for me a couple of years ago). Also, some of RObert's tips and approach to healing is in QT, as are several techniques Richard brought from his experience with Polarity Therapy, and some he developed himself and or borrowed from other modalities (applying chakras, vortexing the energy, etc). QT is decidedly Richard's observation and extension of Robert Rasmussen's process of generating healing energy and applying it. You can check out Regenesis to see how different it is from QT: I think we got the better deal! http://www.houseofhealinghands.com/regenesis.html Blessings, Alfred A grass-roots experiment in life force healing by Quantum Touch® enthusiasts: Quantum Thought Collective Healing Intention - http://quantumtouch.groupee.ne...1071811/m/4371031152 Ask me about BE SET FREE FAST™! |

Actually we now have a European instructor for the advanced classes, Mervyn, who is based in the UK. Classes are scheduled wherever the demand is, so as long as people let Mervyn and/or the QT office know they're interested, when there are enough for a class it will be set up!
