A few days ago I facilitated another DVD workshop. One of my participants was working on a partner, on her chest area (where undoubtedly she retains a lot of emotional issues), when she told me that her right arm is starting to tremble and she was worried that she is "picking up something". I told her that the breathing prevents such a thing. I also told her that perhaps she is in strained position and should stand rather than lean over. Still her arm was trembling. I told her that I would think about why that may have happened. I know the woman who was receiving QT and she has a lot of unsolved motional issues for many years. Any comments to help me understand this phenomena?

I have a woman who comes to healing circles who always trembles as she works. It's just how the energy flows for her. Don't worry, one doesn't pick something up unless one allows it. Ground and flow -- the answer is always more energy.

THanks Cris for your input. About the "grounding" part. I never understood how you're suppose to do that, if at all. Could you explain?

For me, Quantum-Touch is automatically grounding. Some like to imagine roots growing into the ground, deeply and widely. Imagine the tap root going down, down, down into the ground, then smaller roots spread further and further out until you feel secure and solid. Others imagine a rod piercing down into the ground from their heals. Some like to hold onto metal. Some like to walk barefoot on the bare earth or grass.

Anyone else like to offer their grounding technique?
