After reading through the posts here, I wish to learn what is and how to use EFT and how to use crystals. Can anyone recommend books or websites that would help me out?

For EFT go to the website and you can download the manual for free. Website is: http://www.emofree.com You can also sign up for the free newletter by email and read case histories and examples.

Another site with very simple instruction for EFT is http://www.asifbymagic.com

The second website is not as informative nor does it have hundreds of examples/cases to read as the original website (emofree.com)

For crystals someone else will have to put their two cents in.

For EFT, you have already been recommended to download the free instruction manual and sign up for the newsletter. That's good.
Next order at least one Instructional video set: they are already very cheap and if you order two you get a large discount. I recommend the basic instructional dvd set and the set called "Steps towards Becoming the Ultimate Therapist" (or something similar}. "Borrowing Benefits" is also very useful.
Each set consists of six or so (approx) discs giving many hours of play. I do not know of better value in instructional videos anywhere.
