P.S. However, if you are experiencing kundalini spontaneously, I wouldn't add this to it! Same goes for if you have had hip/lower back injuries, which could be precursors to spontaneous kundalini release.

This seems to be combination of Sahaja Yoga and EFT. I have done some Sahaja Yoga awhile back and it really calmed and centered me which other meditations didn't do for me.

And this seems even better!

Glad you like it! It's been a few years since I've played with this one, and I still do enjoy it. It is so simple and really does generate a very comfortable, pleasant energy release and a sense of well being. I'm going to remember to do it more often.
