I am so excited I can barely type!

Maybe I have been dense on this.....

Maybe missed it in the book......

I have just had the experience of entraining to the life-force...

who knows to what degree????

Alls it took was putting my intent there...it happened instantly...I was so totally in the moment and when I felt the power of it alls I could say was oh my God!!!!

My energy was a 1000 times stronger than I have felt...

Other thoughts that occurred...

The breathing and intent are so important because the O2 is what us humans run on...and breathing apparently is one way way we can raise the life force in us. And the intent creates a path to direct the energy....maybe as we raise our resonance we become a bit like lightning rods for more energy.......

I believe my ability to facilitate healing is being increased dramatically by breathing and intending to entrain to the life-force......

Very interested in other's thoughts on this......

GREAT POST! Over the years, I have developed the ability to attune to people, places, body conditions etc.,
Now I will find out about "Entraining to the Life Force.

Ponygal , i wish i understood this. It sounds so exciting, but I can't figure out what it is you did, or if it is different from the "usual". Whenever i run energy i breath and swirl the energy and feel the tingling in my hands. HOw is what you did different? I wish i could feel even more. Sounds exciting. Like Susie, I would like more clue as to what you do. I know intention works magic but I can't seem to find the "Life Force"
My dic. defines "entrainment" as Quote: putting on a train or trainline; opposite of retailment!
I would say, when a dominate force takes over a weak one vibrating close to it! But that doesn't seem to help.
When my healing energy entrains the healee's weaker, unwanted condition, she comes into resonance, harmony and is enabled to let go the unnatural condition.

I was standing outside in the mountains where I live......

I was thinking about how I could raise my resonance and it occurred to me that all other life forms naturally entrain to the life force.

I was looking at our wonderful trees and thought....maybe I could entrain to a life force greater than myself and fiocused on the trees and their energy.....

Then it dawned on me that I should be able to entrain to the life-force itself.........

As soon as I swung my mind around (thats what it felt like, like a lighthouse beam sweeping away from the trees....) and refocused on feeling like the trees plants and animals...

A life-form seeking reconnection to God.....

Thats when it happened-

First an awareness that I could feel/hear every bird and see the trees and other life forms as connected....

Time stood still.... (Biggest indicator of connection me thinks....)

And the power available immense....

I sent energy to Noelle's Grandson who has pnuemonia..
and to Lacey who's hoof has a condition called canker......

I then had a realization that the grief of this planet is all other life forms are naturally entraining whereas mankind needed to remember what all other life knows....

I believe Jesus is an example of perfect and complete entrainment with God......

Wars and other forms of strife are manifestations of souls who are resisting entrainment ie: being in perfect love and balance in order to be in control to regain what has been perceived as being taken away ... be "gods" per se.....

I have been praticing animal communication for over a year and believe that connection to God in these animal forms helped me to entrain to the source.......

J. Allen Boone' book "Kinship with all Life" is the book that spelled it out in a way I could understand.....

I had an experience in 1997 which I was unable to speak about for weeks. It was as if I suddenly saw everything clearly for the first time and I couldn't explain it. I was part of everything and everything was part of me. Even seemingly inanimate pieces of furniture. I have had moments of that feeling or awareness since but that one sticks in my mind as the most profound and the longest lasting.

Thank you for reminding me of it - bringing it back for me. I slipped easily back into it whilst reading your wonderful post and will remember to access it in my work and my life from now on - thanks to you (I don't know what that face is - I wanted it to be a kiss!)

I too had an experience - oh maybe 10 years ago now - when that very think happened - whilst I was sitting outside in Summer - I suddenly felt like time had stood completely still and i felt like I was no longer in my own skin - i had expanded and blended in with everything else. I remember feeling very tingly (like minute tingles, bubbles) and i couldnt find the outer edge of me - where I stopped. It felt wonderful/ I seem to remember my logical mind kicking in at some stage and the first awareness was my own body limit again. Never really thought about it being so significant - but I just wonder now if this was some kind of similar experience to which you describe. Thank you for reminding me also.

I believe that this is what we are doing in a more focused way in the Core Transformation work. We teach you techniques to quiet your system and open to the flow of Universal energy. We help you find a certain space within you to Be while you work which allows you to be more aware of what is going on. Then, as you work from that space of Being and flowing, the person you're working on naturally entrains to Being and flowing as well. You don't have to SEND energy, you BE it and gently direct the awareness.

That said, I also do regular Quantum Touch "sweeping and breathing" in a treatment as well, sometimes even at the same time. (A mind-warp at first!) It's all good, and the results can certainly be phenomenal.
