I believe distance healing is covered in the book, so you'll have the info soon. In the meantime, however, this is basically what you do: Imagine the person (or whatever) you want to work on between your hands. You can visualize them in miniature so they fit completely, or just visualize your hands around the part you want to work on. Then just do your "sweep and breathe" and send the energy into them.

Thanks, Jody. Yesterday I did a distance healing on a friend using Reiki, and I added some QT but wasn't sure if she got it, even though she reported that her pain went way down and is still down today! I'm doing two more sessions with her this week (she has fibromyalgia and CFS).
Quantum physics explains that time and space are illusions. Love truly knows no distance and when your consciousness is on someone, the energy is already there. Some practitioners find that it may work even better than hands-on sessions because they can be more focuses. The work however requires more concentration and may not be as much fun. The results can be astounding.
My son has been suffering from deep depression for some time. He is not responsive to my working on him, and even though he has been very affectionate all his life, he had turned into himself and wouldn't even allow me to hug him. I did a distance healing for him, just running the energy into his occiput and sacrum, and then pictured holding him close to me. About three weeks later, he called and wanted to come over. He gave me a big hug, sat with his sister with his arm around her, and visited for several hours. He seemed like my old son, only better. I sent another session to him after that. He has had several accidents with blows to the head and sacrum, that's why I sent the energy to that area. It seems too good to be true, but he's like a different person. Neely

I don't think this question has been addressed, yet.
When doing LDQT, how many can you work on at once? I have several friends and family members I'd like to send to. Does each one reguire their own individual hour? I've tried rotating images and holding multiple images simultaniously, but have no feedback from either. I'd love to hear more about what and how others are doing.

You can try sending the energy to many, but experience has taught you will generally have far stronger results working on one at a time. Distant healing requires much more concentration than local touch healing.
Here's a story that I hadn't thought of in a while. A man with his family was very worried about his mother-in-law who was in a hospital and was running a dangerously high fever. He called the hospital often during the workshop, but the fever was holding. When we did the distant healing section of the workshop, he and his wife and daughter all sent energy to mom. He called the hospital again about 20 minutes after the meditation and the hospital reported that her fever had just suddenly dropped into a safe range. His tears of joy deeply touched the whole group.
Over the years I've heard so very many wonderful and inspiring stories of people's experiences.
This is unrelated. I just wanted to thank Richard Gordon for his loving and active participation with this group. How many authors do you know that spend their valuable time, giving encouragment, help and advice, and that for free??? This is truly a labor of love. We all know you have a full life. Thank you, King Richard!

Thanks... however the king stuff is a bit overdone. Yes, this is a labor of love, and my goal and vision is to see this work become basic human knowledge that is utilized in all areas of science, medicine and our personal lives. I delight in seeing others evolve the work and their skills beyond what we have known before.
