I was working on my nephew who has a ruptered ear drum. I was working on him locally and my mother was doing distance healing at the same time. It was a very good experience except that after about 20 minutes the energy level just dropped off and I couldn't raise it any more. My nephew went to the doctor for the presurgery appointment and found out the ear hadn't changed, but his heart murmer had just disappeared. I think that is great, but my question is why didn't the energy then go to his ear? I did continue working for about 5- 10 minutes after I felt the energy level drop.

This has happened so many times!!! The body does its own healing on what it sees as most important. It is NOT the practitioner who can decide these things. The healer is always the person who was sick and got well, not the person running the energy.

I remember one time a woman's sinus pain would not go away but the next day her eyesight had radically improved. Practitioners find this sort of thing happens fairly often. It is not the practitioner's job to fix anything, just run the energy and hold the space for the body to heal itself.

I know that this is how it works, it just seems to me that after you finish one spot it would go to the next place, kind of like chasing the pain. Does that make sense?
