Hmmmmm ---- I don't know. I know that Admin is updateing the website right now so there may be some unanticipated problems. Also, are you sure you are logged in? You might try logging in again and see what happens... that is the only suggestion I can come up with from my non-techno toolbox

Hi Carol, if you have deleted your temporary internet files or emptied your cache (same thing) recently, you may need to log in again, so Jana is right on. Chat is working well from the technical standpoint, as it is not on the QT website. When you click on Chat, you are going to a Groupee server which is off-site from QT. I know that when I empty the cache, I need to re-log in on various sites. Hope to see you soon.

Yes, it sounds like on the qt site, you would be logged in...but when you move to the chat, you are leaving the QT site entirely and going to the Groupee site, which hosts the message board and chat rooms. I'd try logging off and logging back on, and if that doesn't work, dump your temporary internet files andtry it again. Other than that the only thing I know is to let Jennifer know you can't log on, but at the moment I hesitate to advise that because the office is trying mightily to get the new website up and running. I wish I had a magic wand!!

I think it's Caroline, not Jennifer, who is the message board contact. It's Caroline's email comes up when I click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. The nice thing about communicating by email is that the person can respond when they have time.
