hello all,
I would love to know what it means to 'womb' something. I've read a couple of posts now that have used this term... recently from Zen and Jody.
Is it a core transformation term? It sounds wonderful!Smiler

much love

Yes, WOMBING is a CT term, it has to do with creating a field between your hands...

Hi Nicola,
Let me see if I can add more clarity to wombing. The concept behind this is that any part of the body that we would call "affected" or "afflicted" is, at it's root, an energy field. In CT, you are taught to go inside an affected part of the body, leaving your everyday judgments behind about what it is (CANCER or PAIN, etc) and create a field or a womb around this area. Then you note the stuff that is inside the womb and start opening up the field, so that normal energy flow can return. There is of course more to it, but hopefully this gives you a better understanding of that technique. Blessings,

Hi Tanya,
thank you so much for your generosity Smiler, and yes it does give me a better understanding of the technique!
One question though...
How does a practitioner who is wombing stay energetically removed from the process and not get entrained to the dis-ease that they are noting.....? This is something that I have had adventures with in the past and I'm very interested in techniques that avoid it! I'm aware that this question relates to a previous post of mine but with this technique it appears that the practitioner needs to 'go in there', unlike QT itself which doesn't require that one does as such...
many thanks and much love

Nicola, may i sugest you ask in the healing chat for information about wombing? I dont know what is and what is NOT allowed to say when one has had all the classes, and others have not. I just dont know. But, I will begin to explain in the chat, where all can see and I can either finish what I began to say, or I will be cut off. We shall find out. Yours is a valid question, and a good one.

When wombing, NOTHING remains with you. You are safe.

Nic, I think we are getting an answer already to our questions on wombing. I dont know if one can explain something from one class to another person who has not had some of the intervening classes.
Ask your question in the healing chat and I will answer you, if I am allowed. I just dont know, but have typed this out to you twice now, neither time getting through. Hmmmmm.

Hi Nicola,

Well, the quick answer is take the Core class.

I guess that isn't really a short answer. To do a real overview of the class takes a fair amount of time. There is not a 2 minute explantion to acquire a rigorous understanding of this technique. There is a fair amount of explaining that needs to be done and "wombing" is not the first of the techniques that are taught. We build the whole thing gradually teaching you how to open yourself and from there add techniqes to open you more and then add healing techniques.

It's done in a specific order for a reason and, while I might be being a purist here, this allows you to build a firm foundation for understanding and implementation.

Tanya's explanation is a good basic over view but in answer to your subsequent question, because we add nothing to their system and only work on ourself there is nothing to "pick up" from another person.

In the long run there will be a Core Video and eventually (don't hold you breath but it is in the works) a Core book.
