Hello,

Just wondering what QT techniques might help insomnia- epecially from adrenal fatigue- where should you run the energy?

Every noise makes my body jump, when trying to sleep.

thanks

I suggest that since you are treating yourself, you learn the releasing techniques found in the book, The Sedona Method.
It works amazingly well. You may be trying to sleep with too much holding in.

Q-T works for just about anything. The amount of success you have varies, but with concerted effort and repeat treatments most dis-ease responds, whether it is emotional in nature or physical; many would argue that these are one in the same. Just keep running the energy. Let us know how it goes.

Hi
If the problem is adrenal fatigue then starting with the adrenals is a great point then see where the body takes you, follow the pain
