I know it's so silly, but my boyfriend (who I've FINALLY convinced to watch the video workshop with me) was telling some guys he works for about QT, and listed some examples of entrainment (electric oscillators, disembodied animal hearts, grandfather's clocks) - and he disputed the grandfather's clocks part - said that it wasn't true, and by the same token, all the planets would be aligned by now.. which seems kind of stupid to me, but I'm not very scientifically minded. I know it's ridiculous to have to defend this position, especially on such a trivial point! But I feel compelled to. Can anyone help me - both points - the grandfather's clock thing (I looked on the internet with no luck for something saying it were true) and the planet alignment thing - hopefully someone here is a rocket scientist.

No clue myself, but I'd test it by making friends with someone in the clock business and sleeping over to watch.

From an astrological point of view, even when a planet goes retrograde, first, it only 'appears' that way to us. In truth it has not turned its spin backwards. Secondly, it goes retrograde to bring balance (alignment?) to other planets that (so called) have gone off a bit. I lived next door to a man who collected Grandfathers Clocks of all kinds. Trust me, they DO entrain. I have spent many nights CURSING that entrainment! Ever heard a roomfull of clocks singing each their own songs? NOT fun. zen |

Don't get pulled into silly arguments with him. I suggest the best book for linear skeptics: "The Field" by Lynne McTaggart.
Otherwise, wait until he has a headache or back pain, and offer a healing session. Be confident, don't approach the session with the entire weight of validating the whole world of energy healing on your shoulders. Just smile and offer. He will have to make his own decision to accept. Continue on your path with confidence and grace, and if he's ready, he'll "entraine" to your higher vibration. Thanks for everyone's answers and suggestions.
I will check out that book and also consider offering him healing - although I doubt he would accept. I also get nervous when practicing on skeptics.. makes me feel silly and inadequate. Stupid, huh? I just need more practice. Thanks again, everyone! |

When we first started teaching QT we were always very worried when we taught an outspoken skeptic. However, we've found that once they've experienced the reality of QT they become our most admant praisers. It is actually fun to watch.
Now when a skeptic takes our workshop we say "Great, glad to have you," because we know that during the two days they are going to become converts. It has never failed, yet and we've been teaching for close to three years now! Thought that might help you get over your nerves. Peace & joy, |

Can you imagine what kind of havoc we would have on Earth if all the planets lined up in a straight line and stayed that way? Of course mercury would have to slow down (otherwise if we went faster to match mercury we would fly off the planet due to centrifugal force), then each ring outward from there would have to go slower and slower just to line up. Then when they all lined up the gravity of the situation, ugh. It's best not to think of that, It's NOT what we want to be manifesting. Now repeat after me, "I TRUST that the planets ARE in the right places at the right times!" Besides aren't we talking of entrainment on a molecular level not the macro level your friend is talking of? Love, Lezlee |
