I am a Kinesiologist in Vancouver British Columbia, and I am planning on going to back to school for massage therapy in a year or so. However, right now my curiosity has been peaked with therapies I have found on the web such as Bowen Technique, and Quantum Touch. What I would like to know, are there similarties between the therapy of Quantum Touch, and Bowen Technique and its many variations?
From what I know about Bowen, it sounds somewhat like Neuromuscular work which is very good, and use completely different approaches than QT. I am sure that Bowen therapists would benefit greatly from adding QT in their sessions.
Hi Richard, I am a reiki level 3, EFT practitioner and now about to start a Bowen Therapy course here in South Wales UK. I would love to also do QT training.......do you have Instructors here in the UK I could contact to learn the QT technique. I think it will help tremendously in my practice.
The Bowen Technique look far more similar to Biomagnetic Therapy than to QT as they both involve touching movements over the skin. I have no doubt both have value, but neither would focus and amplify life-force energy.
Hi Richard, I would like to buy the video set and books etc.... if you could please suggest an alternative method of payment other than buying online. I live in Cardiff, Wales, UK. do you have any agents over here that sell your products ? Thanks Chrys
We have no agents over sees, but if you email jennifer at mail@quantumtouch.com and she can work out how you could purchase it - probably a check through the mail.
