Hi,

Since a few year I am giving watersessions in a swimmingpool of 34° C, which is very relaxing. These sessions are based upon my followed courses of Watsu, Healing Dance and Wata. It is a bit related with Aquawellness.

Normaly, at the end of this year, I will be practisior and instructor of QT in Belgium.

I am wondering if somebody have already the experience combining this kind of waterwork with QT?

Next week I will combine for the first time Core 1 in the watersession.
