Hi I was wondering if there was a way from the boards of finding out who is doing QT nearby. I'm sure there must be other people wanting to meet up and practise with each other.

I've done a search on my county but can't see it mentioned. Does anyone live near me (Berkshire UK) that would like to meet up and practise QT?

I also wondered if they could create a separate message board where people could post if they wanted to meet up with other QTers rather than clogging up the general board. What do you think?

On QT Home Page--Left-hand side of page, is a list of Practitioners and a list of Instructors. It's divided into US and International. Click on the international link, and your country, and the whole list will pop up with photos and bios.

I'm three counties away in Cambridgeshire. Not sure how long it would take, but I'm thinking of running a video workshop or two in the Spring and Summer, followed by a weekly alumni practice session and healing circle. Have you thought of trying something of the like? Remember, QT is a benevolent virus: if you want it, spread it round!

I'm at Watford, Herts, not that close to reading, but I have had clients come to see me from Reading. I'm sure Iv'e also had enquiries from Reading for workshops.

Ali: Thanks for your suggestions for the practitioner and instructor list - unfortunately there is no-one listed in my immediate area. I was also hoping to hook up with people in my area who are interested in QT but aren't practitioners so that we could practise on each other and learn and grow together, however that info doesn't seem so easy to find.

Alfred: Ah three counties away! I love your suggestions though and they have fired off a whole heap of ideas in my mind. I have bought the videos and was planning to run a video workshop - however I found the price put people off - it was too much for something that was unknown. I've just had a whole heap of inspiration about running a healing circle. I already run a book group and am sure that I could apply some of those learnings. I may be tapping you for more ideas and practical suggestions

David: LOL I think that was me that called you from Reading! Although good to know that you have had clients from Reading too - means that there are people in this town that are interested. Thanks for your offer to call for thoughts - I would like to try your healing O too and bounce some ideas off you.

One thought on the cost. People only need pay if they want the certificate of training from QT, so you can set a lower price for just attending if you like, and then give them the option of paying the full $65 if they want the certificate of training, which allows them to count it toward certification as a QT practitioner and to attend the advanced trainings. Also, the cost of the training can be applied to the purchase of the interactive video. Hope this idea triggers more interest!

Hi Gina, I ran a video workshop in South London not so long ago, I had a group of great women who are all practitioners of other modalities already. I could pass on your request to them if you like! Not sure how much they're practicing QT, but no harm in asking!
