I have read the book and been practicing with great results for the past month... simply amazing. I am in the process of watching the video workshop with family. I would like to do the advanced worshops and am wondering which would be the best one to do first. I am learning to do this for my own personal growth and to help others. So far, I have found QT to be incredibly easy to learn with results I could hardly believe. I personally think everyone should learn how to do this. The world would be so much happier and healthier. The Supercharging class is a deepening of what your used to from the book and is a natural progression from there. This class gets you used to looking for subtle differences as well as adding techniques and refining how you are working with what I call Yang or the putting through of energy. For all the above reasons we recommend that you take this class before the Core transformation class.

If you are already used to noticing subtleties then you could do them in either order. However, Core transformation is the other side of the coin. The breath work is very Yin or quiet and initially it is comparatively subtle, but it is very profound.

Both classes offer unique approaches to energy while still working with entraining to energy. I do my best to meet a person where they are and go from there. The rest becomes personal preference.

When I do sessions now, I usually start with the basic work, move into the supercharging techniques, and when the energy is high enough I go into the core transformation work.

After the basic workshop, you can take the advanced workshops in any order you like.
