This realy resonated in me.
I kept observing myself afterwards to feel weather I'm "against" or "along" flow stream .... and how many times a day I trade joy for some belief I have... great stuff. I highly recommend it. The best is that it is aplicable to anything in life.

this perfectly belongs here since observing yourself has great influence on how effective are you in QT and can be combined with QT and core in many various ways.
For instance it can help you resolve blockadges regarding weight with QT once you notice weather your choices support you or not. It can help you to notice emotional blockadges and then resolve them with QT. It can help you notice breathing patterns you have when start thinking about weight...etc

True it is not QT tehnique in its essence, it is about people and it can help QT being more efficient and speed up achieving goals addresing weight.

Some others of us have posted off QT topic in this forum as well. There doesn't seem to be much activity here anyway so I don't see that another separate forum is needed.

Sorry, am i missing something? Why should this not be posted here? A lot of people get encouragement from the Abraham talks, & used with QT i think is a brilliant idea Same as when we can use EFT with QT.... if it helps then brilliant
