Thanx for replying.I wanted to know if QT would work on my sister, who has gained lot of weight post delivery. She has tried Aerobics, Yoga ,Pranic healing .......

Hi Lucky,
As of our experience,it will take around 6 months to recover your formal weight.For safe side, cut your fat intake, avoid cheese foods etc. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
