I got this idea while reading my other thread on losing weight, under healing stories.

I've really felt energy coming from the QT chi sessions that Alfred posted about, and also the newer one that people can 'sign-up' to give sessions automatically.

I thought if it works for those sessions and that word, perhaps I can do the same. This is what I've come up with so far. When I was doing this myself the last few nights I actually did a similar thing with the world 'heal', and did an age regression from in the womb till present. I didn't want to have to repeat this paragraph every time.

My wish is that anyone can say this phrase as they say QT Chi Session and get the benefits from the entire paragraphs worth.

So when doing my sessions. I will start running the energy and I will call on all the QT from the QT Chi sessions and those that have volunteered to have energy available on demand. or EOD hahaha.

Just wanted to update that I'm still doing good, but haven't had time to weigh in the last couple mornings, or do my routine at night.

I've focused more on noticing the changes rather then numbers on the scale. I've definitely noticed a difference in my stomach.

If I'm wearing a shirt with a tank underneath I always make sure to button a few buttons, but on Friday I could leave it hanging open, in my outfit that I went to the show in, and also in my pj's I noticed a difference.

I don't seem to feel the energy as much when I just use the simple phrase, as opposed to saying the whole thing.

Hi I am New to QT and I am trying your phrase so far I think I have lost some inches but not sure how much but looking in the mirror my hips don't look as big and my sides are getting there shape back. I don't own a scale because I don't like to weight myself I don't weight over 160 but I do have some fat I need to get rid of. So I think this is helping.

WHoohoo!!! So glad to hear that it's helping. I don't like the scale either hehee, but I do notice my clothes are fitting better as well.

ooh Venice I'm so glad I found your post! am doing a one-month distance healing project on my friend to help in her weight loss. I'll try out your technique too! will do for myself as well coz I'm getting married next year, gotta look and feel pretty and slim for the big day! ha. will update as soon as i get results.

What a great affirmation/phrase! You have a way with words. This is such a healing image, and applies to much more than just the weight loss focus of this section. You might want to mention it in the general Forum section, so that more members can make use of it. Some members might not notice your phrase here. jmo
