Our bodies hold the key to understanding our emotional and psychological patterns. In our busy lives we tend to ignore our bodies and overlook the role they have in our lives. The bodily feelings we have, however, give our minds a tangible anchor to hold onto what we can use to become more attuned to what is happening to us on a deeper subconscious level. The more we become present to our bodies, the more able we are to connect to these thoughts and feelings and use our breath and various yoga poses and exercise to release them.
