Hi Everyone,
I have an idea about this topic.
It seems to me that we are gladly joining gatherings on themes helping the earth, helping the wounded, misfortunate and ill, but somehow still believe that we have to deal with our physical shapes - mainly weight, but our other dissatisfactions about our shape and image can come here as well- only by ourselves.

So there is proposition: Let’s make an energy grid on beauty on all levels and ideal body form!!! Let’s help each other – through grid we make together- to manifest our inner beauty on our body forms.

I believe that is the purest statement we can all agree upon.
That said means that we let our bodies to decide what is ideal shape for us, that we trust in our inner wisdom and support of the universe. Those also mean that there is no room for measuring the success, judging ourselves in the terms of acquiring desired result, but to enjoy the process of manifesting beauty in our lives in every way.
It is part of healing processes - to accept ourselves completely, to recognize that we already are that beauty and that we let it shine and manifest it on the outer levels.

What do you say? Shall we dance in that dance of beauty?
Shall we make this grid and send energy to it for every-body beauty?
Please make suggestions on time and we can start that as soon as we agree upon it.

I strongly believe that ideal body shape can be achieved effortlessly, through healing and believe it is much easier, faster and fun to do it with group. It’s all about keeping focus on health, beauty and ideal body shape and reclaiming it for ourselves.

So there is the time: Friday 11.pm –Zagreb, Croatia time
It would be 2pm for California USA

I do believe that it is all about intent – so to any meditation that you already use and feel good with you can ad your intent to connect to grid for ideal body shape – first adding energy than enjoying benefits from grid. You will find that when you state that you have sufficient energy to give- that you will receive more.

Reason for not speaking about losing weight is because I find that subconsciously we don’t want to lose anything that we gain, no matter if it is body fat. So when we are speaking about losing weight it is an endless loop- which is commonly experienced as yo-yo effect in dieting. Just to mention that where the focus is (and is it on fat and not being so young and beautiful?) – It is a clear statement to universe that we want more of it.

I have learned one technique that works great for me – I'll describe it to you in detail, so you can check if it suits you.

1. I go into my hart – to see how I am at the moment – without any attempt to change that what I feel at the moment – just to be aware.
2. Then I ground myself – envisioning roots growing from my soles into the ground.
3. I form golden light globe in my heart – I fill that globe with feeling of love and gratitude for everything and envisioning inside it anything from nature: butterfly, bird, flower, beautiful landscape, river, water or animal- not all things, just the one that first come to me. I SEND that golden globe through golden channel that goes through my spine into the center of the earth and wait for response.
4. Response always come – and I spend some time enjoying it – feeling that it fulfilling me all in golden light and continuing to emanate through me.
5. Holding that connection I form another globe – filled with love and gratitude for everything but pure white color and send it to through same channel up through my head up into the sky. In that globe I envision stars, galaxies, sun, moon, etc. And waiting for response.
6. Response always comes, so I enjoy it – feeling that it fulfilling me with pure wait light.
7. Then still holding that connection from the ground and feeling that connection from the sky I start to emanate from my hart everything I have received but mostly gratitude and love– envisioning first golden-white globe in my heart expanding – enveloping me, then getting larger and larger enveloping earth - this is the moment when I usually feel and see some kind of energetic grid- sometimes it is formed like a grid formed from triangles, sometimes it is platonic solid grid, sometimes it is just glow like from the sun – that emanates further into the sky- far far into the universe.
8. As I do that feelings and awareness intensify, and grid envisioned in that matter can be filled with any intent.

For ideal body shape I will form the grid through steps mentioned above and:
1. then state the intent that I am sending energy to the grid with purpose that everyone connected to that grid will amplify that grid and immediately start to vibrate beauty and love - healing themselves – complete body, every thought, feeling, experience, knowledge, aura, soul in all levels is healed and every blockage is resolved and removed so that they can are manifesting beauty on all levels – allowing and accepting that beauty to be manifested through their ideal body shape and that I am witnessing that this is so NOW.
2. Then I will set up a trigger to remind me at any time other then in meditation that this is so– one breath, or blinking of eye, or touching first tree fingers from any hand, or when I'm drinking water.
3. Then I will let my self feel that I am changing and look how I feel now with my new beautiful body, vital, flexible... anything what came to me at that moment – how I feel now when expressing that beauty into my life.

I hope than this will help you – anybody is free to join.
Energy grid for that purpose might exist someplace else on this forum and there would be no reason to do it separately – but I’m not aware of it. If it is so I would be nice to join our energies – please let me know about it.

I do the same steps as I have described here with intent to cannel the love and light energy to heal the earth and that energy is sent to the energy grid that envelops the earth. There are many ways to do it – any meditation will do – intent is what is important.

Hi Christina,
You can visualize any form of grid around a globe – like pattern of meridians, or like ball of energy, earth in the platonic solid or enveloped in beautiful lace. I usually set my intention and then let image to appear, and that image is constantly changing. That is so for me.
Visualization of grid might be helpful, but is not necessary for actual sending the energy – what’s important is your intent and feeling the flow of energy of love that you are sending into energetic grid – and to connect with other's energy of the same intent -for the purpose of healing the earth. About earth fire grid experiences - you might ask others under that thread.

The intent for the beauty and ideal body shape – as I set it -is described above in this thread.

Just be relaxed, set jour intent and enjoy the experience.

Jelena - I've lost 4 pound since last friday - and have done nothing different.... amazing!

I’m so glad for you! I'm not quite familiar with pounds, around here we use kilograms, but your joy can be easily sensed.
During the meditation I had a profound experience – sense of deep and healing love that is melting obstacles and sorrows. I felt tremendous joy feeling people connecting to the grid and being healed and shining in most beautiful ways.
I didn't make - yet! any visible changes on my physical body, but I'm certain that I’m already changing. People around me tell me more often that I look good or that I look better than before.

I did discover one thing that had certainly profound influence on my looks: my mother being tall 150cm, thin and tinny– always being physically smallest in the group – has fear that she want be noticed cause she is so small in height, so that someone might push her and hurt her because not noticing her – and not noticing something means that's not important- no energy- no love!!!
I've actually hear her speaking so two days ago!!!! So my unconscious conclusion (around age 5) is that being BIG is being important – important people aren't pushed away, that meaning they are safe and protected. I've heard and read that conclusion from many sources, thought that might be easily truth for me – but it was on intellectual level – reasoning – not really knowing. But when I've heard her speaking so – I't starts ringing in me – knots in my stomach -aaaa- I do believe that! That's what I was doing!!! That was my creation! So I'll clean all that thread of unsupporting beliefs.

I made few new and beautiful pictures, (will post some here) much easier and quicker than ever before, which is one of many ways to manifest beauty on physical realm.

Certainly I will continue to channel the energy every Friday.

Yes, I've made them, also and this avatar and I'm amazed every time I see them. I use them as desktop background pics, to relax and focus more while working on comp.

Found the thread of body shape, and I liked the fact that you are not pretending to lose weight, We accept our best body shape!!
You see my problem is the opposite, I need a few kilos more!And I am sure is more people also for differents reasons that need more weight, strengh...You are very inspiring!

You're right, knox. There are people who struggle to gain weight. My daughter really had a hard time with this. She'd come home crying some days because "helpful" people determined she was anorexic. She knew she was "too skinny" and didn't like to look that way. People should be more considerate and not make presumptions. They'd continually tell her to eat -- she would if she could. Pregnancy changed her appetite. She's thin with a few curves now.
