Dear friends,
Here is one slightly different point of view on body fat:
It is stored energy and power for solving problems and fulfilling tasks we set ourselves to do.


If you accept this, at least just for a moment, and let yourself feel it –don't you have another, different, more loving look to your body, more loving feeling and feel more compassion to it, do you find security in knowing that you have all that power and energy at hand?

And if you allow that feeling to spread through your body and shine out, don't you find that you are surrounded and fulfilled with endless sea of energy and power that there is no need to store, but instead let yourself be nurtured and refreshed with its flow at every moment, with every breath, this instant, now?
Do you feel its readiness to support you in fulfilling your deepest heart desires; to help you manifest all love and beauty that already shines through you?
