Hi Mr. Wilson...all u have to do is click on the persons name then click on view public
profile on that page u click on send pm...

u can also shortcut that by clicking on the
persons name nd then clicking on invite to
private topic

what does it mean when it says you have entered a mandatory field, must value it?????? trying to send a message and cannot get past that.

What I do is click on the persons name in the thread I am in. Then I click on invite "power or shirleyclark" to a private message and continue from there.

Does this work for you?

You can also GO to the Member Directory and click on the names in that list, or you can set up your Buddy List under Personal Zone, if it's a person with whom you wish to communicate often.

Also you might want to ask someone in the QT office, Jennifer for instance, to check your Permissions...it sounds like something is blocked in that area, and she is the one to sort it out. Let her know that you can't do PMs...see if that's the problem. The blocked Permission thing is probably why you can't get into the chat, too--when Groupee set this up, a lot of people had that problem.
