Are there any thoughts about jewelery, such as rings, blacelets, watches and how they effect energy? Am I the only one who likes to take my rings off, just to be on the safe side? And how about the Q-link. I've been wearing it since November, with the exception of about 10 days, and I don't notice a thing one way or another. Don't sleep and better/different, don't notice anything. Am I an IN-sensitive?

There is an enormous amount of discussion on the board about the Q-Link. Just about everything that could be said about it, has, LOL. As to jewelry, stones, crystals, there are as many opinions about those things, as there are people, I think.

What are your thoughts about it?

I learned through Reiki that metal does interfere with energy movement. I do take jewelry off when giving or receiving.

Jewelry, if leaving it on then maybe this technique might help, not just n times of energy sending but in balance.
In dowsing I was shown that you hold a pendulum over the thumb & fingers of each hand, you will notice that on one hand the thumb will make the pendulum swing one way & the thumb of other hand the other way...
so start with thumb then the next finger & then the next finger, you will notice that each one will be alternate. this is without any jewelry on your fingers, put a ring on a finger then put the pendulum over that finger to see if it still gives same reading, if not just turn the ring around & test again you will see that this will give the right reading & balance... this keeps the energy of the hand wearing rings in balance... also for fun on a chain, one end will swing one way the other end will swing the other way..

I used to think it was an old wive's tale that metal interfered with the energy flow. But a few months ago, I noticed that when I ran energy through my hands (not QT) that the finger with my wedding ring on it would feel like it wasn't getting any energy. I could resolve this by removing my ring and trying again.

So, perhaps there really is something to interference from metal.

It might be useful if Alain or another of those who can actually SEE the energy could tell us if they see a difference in energy flow with rings or jewelry.. seems that would be the best way to answer this..

I have a client who has severe varicosities on both legs. They give her pain sometimes more, at others less.
She came in whie I was on phone with another client, working. She simply walked in, peeled off her pants and hose and pointed at the swollen varicosities. I was stuck, one in each hand!

I had read Spirit Eagles commentary on metal and jewelry on hands interfering (perhaps) with flow of energy.

I took off my rings, all of the blasted things, and grabbed one of her legs plopped it into lap,and simply bifurcated the energy between both persons.
Didn't work. Hmmm

Further Hmmmm.

Took off leather boots, and al metal, plonked Honker on head (normal healing position here) and let all "Ell rip.

And, rip it did, both persons, and honker felt it. Honker can't fly too well, you know, the old injury, but he made up for lost time this once! He JUMPED through the air, I swear, the woman who had done the lovely strip for me grabbed her leg back, all varicosities GONE!!!!

and the lady on the line noticed nary a thing.

I, for one, am going to remove all jewelry and leather for the rest of my life and the next ones, too.

I don't remember who it was that wrote the many replies to Eagle Spirit, but Eagle Spirit is very correct.
