I have logged on, and attempted to go to the chat room. I press on Go, select Chat Room, and then click on the the quantum touch chatroom link. It appears to be loading (There is the Groupee logo spinning and filling up) But when it finishes loading, there is nothin on the screen excep a shaded blue box. Is there something I am missing?

I get the same thing that you do when I click into the chat room and I wonder if it works or not.

AGAIN, to you both--Send an email to jennifer@quantumtouch.com and explain the problem to her. Include your screen name, your password for accessing the message board, your real name, your email, and possibly your telephone number. She has solved similar problems for others and may be able to help you.

I have posted several times previously with multiple suggestions to try to help you get into chat. Do you have Macromedia Flash? Is there a firewall in your system blocking you? Do you have an ad-blocker that could be blocking you? Is your security level set so high that it blocks you? It sounds like some software setting in your system is preventing access....because the chat room works just fine. To date, we have had participants from 20 countries. Is your ISP the culprit? Your machine have enough free memory? You keep asking the question, asking for help, but have you tried any of the previously-given suggestions?

We would really love to see you in the chat room. What measures have you taken to try to solve the problem?

Hi Ali,
If it takes flash to get into the chat room then my problem is solved right there because m system doesn't have flash. darn and I would hav loved to get into the chat room too.
This isn't my only problem though because I have problems with my ISP. So now I know what is going on with my ISP.
Groupee told me that MSN has issues with the "New" tab when it domes to posting new topics on the board so consequently this is another issue with them too.
