Hi,

I see on the top left of the page the names of users that are logged in to the message board. Is there somewhere you can see who's in the Chat room. I've been in the room by myself for a bit then one person came in for a short time we had a nice visit, but if someone could see there was someone in the chat room, maybe they'd visit more.

You need to go into the chat room to see if anyone is there....but it's not a big deal, just one little click.

When I click on it, I just get a blank screen.

Download the latest version of Macromedia Flash, then you should be able to enter the chat room. It's a free download. Hope to see you soon.

I do have the latest version of shockwave as I had to reload everything. I still cannot get into the Chat Room. I must be missing something else that makes it work. I will do some more research and try to find out what it is that I need to make this work. Everything is working good on my computer now except for here. I will try and find out what the heck it is! Sorry I will miss out this morning!

Deanna, the only other thing I know to do is to contact Jennifer in the QT offices---She has fixed this problem many times for others and will surely be able to help you too. We'll miss you too...Hope to see you very soon! Hugggzzz.

I have to go to internet express to get into the chat room.

Log off whatever yu are on, ue your browser to enter chat...

That is the only method that works for me. Hope it works for you.

Deanna If you have a popup blocker you will have trouble getting into the chat room. You will have to turn it off to be able to log in.

I did check that, Thanks...
I did get in, I had to download the Flash Player...I just assumed that it would come in the the Shockwave download. After I downloaded the Flash Player, I was able to get in with no problem!
