hi QTmembers,

is there anybody who has experienced QT-healing (as a practitioner or receiver) regarding Restless-Leg-Syndrom? Some of my family members as well as friends are inflicted with this. Supposedly there is no cure. I don't believe it. Hope to hear from somebody.
thanks Lotte(lilo)

YES! usually the syndrome is related to a person who regularily crosses their legs and leaves them crossed for long lengths of time.
Stand up and go walk up a flight of stairs, or do stretches, something like that, ride a bike under high tension, just get movement in those legs.

Alternatively go have fun and run, skip rope, hit a speed bag, or lift a small weight on the back of the heel, lifting from both the thigh and the knee. Do the same amount of reps on both legs, and on a regular, daily basis.

The weight must be light, and must be a series of movements, say ten in a set of thirty every time you work it.

Or, using quantum touch, run it up the heel of the afflicted leg, but the excersize will do more for the entire body, not to put QT down at all, just think excersize is a very good thing...

My dh gets them when he has not been walking enough.

I ride a mountain bike so I dont get them now...

Also, they are sometimes associated with an allergic reaction to a grain, such as wheat, oats, rye, etc.

Good luck. They can drive ya crazier! (is this lilo from accubup?)

Another place you can run QT: place your palms on the outside corners of the backs of your knees. (This is known as as SEL #8 in Jin Shin Jyutsu and helps this condition.)

Hi, thanks for these tips, I must use them both! I sit for hours at the computer without moving, very bad.
This maybe a similar subjec/solution; has anyone come across a general muscle-twitching condition? I seem to be developing this and I'm wondering what to do, I run energy fairly frequently, most days I do a session, and yet it's getting worse! Could happen anywhere, but I first noticed it as a sort of twitching feeling in the soles of my feet. Any thoughts gratefully received..!

You may try looking at the book "Pain Free At Your PC" by Pete Egoscue. He is an "anatomical physiologist" and has developed a very practical system of simple exercises to rebalance the muscles.
