I can't believe how difficult it was to get back in here. I couldn't remember my password, so I asked for it to be sent... that was 3 hours ago and no answer, so I tried setting up a new identity, but it wouldn't let me on my regular email address. I continually tried to get my password sent... then I used another address and because I couldn't remember my password, I couldn't roll this all in to one account! This is maddening!

YEAH RIGHT! I had nearly 2 mths of going crazy trying to get some sense out of Groupee, when they took over this board. They kept insisting on sending me a password that didn't work.
Lately 3X I have tried to write a message and the "Post Now" is hidden. Today is one of those days again! I am desparate for help and the "Healing Requests" form has the bottom missing. Huggie

Call/contact Jennifer at the office and let her know what is happening so that she can get this type of thing rectified.

She needs to know there is a problem before it can be dealt with.

Just curious, are you folks with the problems using Windows and Internet Explorer? I am curious if it is related to the browser/OS, because I have never had problems with the forum on my Macintosh at home. Also, no problem with Windows 98 at work.

Be sure to mention those kinds of details when you report to the office. Perhaps there is a trend or common issue...

I don't really know how to contact Jennifer. I even got the "login credentials failed" message several times today! The frustration level can get pretty high after spending so much time doing the same thing over and over again. Anyway, thanks for listening to my venting!

I might as well add my 2 cents worth here also. When I first joined the group I went through all kinds of problems with the message board and it still doesn't work right for me either. I spent a whole month dealing with the problem and contacted a Groupee Tech and he couldn't help me either. I talked with my techs and still had problems. Went back to Groupee and they told me it was issues concerning my ISP (MSN). I finally was able to post a reply on the board after dealing with it for a month. BTW I still am not able to post a new topic on the board. When I press the word New at the top of the page and then press disscussion all I get is a blank white page instead of a board to print my topic on.
I belong to many groups from Yahoo and I use their message boards with no problems and I also have IE.
I have heard from other people who hae dealt with this message board from other groups saying they had had lots of problems.
I would like to make a plea with Quantum Touch to possibly look into getting a new message board provider. I know there are others out there that work much better than this one.
In the meantime I am dealing with ust posting my replies to other posts and not being able to post any new topics.

Just curious, is there anyone else on here that has MSN as your ISP? The reasn I ask is that I heard from Groupee that MSN has issues with the message board. Why I don't know but I do know I would like very much or them to get this whole issue resolved.
Jennifer,bless her heart does allshe can to help everyone and she has helped me to at least get in touch with the Groupee tech's and of course they couldn't help me so they say. I can agre with the people who are having problems with the board. It is very frustrating indeed. I have been dealing with the issue now for several months and yesterday when I called my tech reps I demanded that they resolve this issue. If others can use this board with no Problems then I should be able to too. I enjoy the group and want to continue sharing ad learning from you all. I apologize to everyone if I sounded harsh in any way but I am tired of dealing with this issue now and looking foward to a resolution to it.

here is a funny. I had my Tech Reps go on to this message board yesterday to check it out and even they couldn't figure it out. Would you believe they called me on the phone and this is what they told me to do. Go on to the message board and press New and then go to poll and then topic will show up with the information on it. Hello, this is not what I wanted. I want a window so I can write a new topic in it. Boy dealing with these reps sometimes, in my case all the time HEhehehehe, is ike talking to a wall.I can get four different answers to a question from four different tech reps. Anyway you might be able to understand what I am going through. I have to keep laughing in order to keep my sanity with these people.

If you are having frequent difficulty with the message boards, try using another Browser. I use Firefox and don't ever have difficulty with the message boards.

I do, however, have difficulty getting into the QT chat room - in fact it is never possible; but this seems to be due to my ISP and not directly due to Groupee, because if I go into an local internet cafe I can access the chat room. None of the computers on our server will give access to any of the Groupee chat rooms.
