Last night I did QT on my husband and it was the first time I ran it for more than half an hour (he started drifting off to sleep as I was working on his head and neck and I sent him off to bed - it was very late too). I was just relaxing in the bath afterwards when I realised my right arm was numbish and my thum and firt two fingers were quite puffy on that hand. I do have carpel tunnel in that hand and I presume it can be traced back to a gammy leg/foot that I have. When the right knee faces forward my chin is twisted a bit and my foot is more twisted connecting to the ankle so that in the end it points out 45degrees. When my foot walks straight then my knee gets it! I presumed I need to run more energy through my hand - I did not do this at the time as I was v tired due to lateness of hour (had to wait till young son asleep before working QT commenced and he was not into sleep last night).

The other thing I noticed was that my posture automatically started correcting itself to stand up straight. I do tend to hunch a bit esp when working on the computer.

As for the fingers, I presume that will sort itself out as I run more energy and I start to heal myself (not puffy, only when consiously running energy).

I just wanted to let you know that since I started doing QT - I notice too - that my posture is better - also I have many bones in different places of my body that tend to align themselves while I am working on someone. I think it feels good to know my body wants to be in the right alignment to allow the energy to flow through with ease.

Thanks!

Hi NinG
It is a good side effect and I suppose self healing at the same time. I am glad for your comments
