Lately I've tried to go to the chat rooms but my computer says javascript:void(0). Any suggestions? Thanks. Dave

I sometimes get this error when I try to do something in a new window that's hardcoded into the link - so forcing me to use the link. Are you possibly right-clicking on the Chat link in order to open it in a new window? If so, try just clicking on it.

I found the following (I couldn't copy the table, so problem descriptions are prefixed by "1." and solutions by "2."):

javascript:void(0) is an error message that occassionally appears in a web browser when there is a problem loading a JavaScript from a web page.

The Chat link works okay for me, but whenever I've tried it, I'm always the only one there

Again: Chat times when you are most likely to find someone there are:

10 am US Central Time
9 pm Central

Any other time of day it is very unlikely that anyone will be there. If nobody comes in the first 20 minutes after the specified time, I don't sit there in an empty room waiting either -- I leave. So there is about a 20-minute window when, most times someone is there.
