I have recently ben going to have some sessions for my cfs and before i went i started to fell better-however since my 3 sessions i have relapsed and feel worse -is it a case of worse before i feel better over a sustained period? as i have had cfs for over three years-just when i thought i had turned the corner i seemed to have relapsed and not sure what to do except just ride it out-it really is a terrible condition to have-any suggetstion?
