Hi-
I posted here in June and received help from a few people and I am very grateful for their/your assistance. There is a lot of skill and compassion at QT. I continue to do a lot of work on myself and believe I am making progress. I am writing again because I have refined a bit what I need help with and in doing so will make it easier for me to accelerate my own work and the time I am devoting to daily healing.
I am focusing more on changing my consciousness. What belief systems and emotions I have lived in that created my being ill and am learning how to change these along with daily qigong, intention and other energy therapies.
If anyone is interested I could really use help on the following:
1.Cleansing layers of the 1st ans 3rd chakras starting in the womb if its possible. The adoption stuff. There is also trauma to these chakras from ages 35-39 that i am working on. I still experience not feeling grounded, I feel like a child without foundation and crippled with fear...I can't seem to feel I can take care of myself sometimes and in some cases feel really overwhelmed and get panicked.It is better but I feel its very old and foundational
2. Related to above...removing liver/gall bladder blocks
3. Lung-decongesting lymphatics and removing blocks. (maybe some 4th chakra work)
Even if I could just just help with the first item it would greatly help.

Have you looked into EFT or TAT? These are great self-help methods which are so easy to do. They've been used to relieve both physical and emotional things. www.emofree.com and www.tatlife.com for free downloads of the basic info.
