Hi! I've posted here before about help with injured ankles!
I had a torn ligament in my right ankle and now both ankles from sprain and strain have had arthritis set in badly. I can barely walk and it is terrible! I've tried everything, and even had both ankles in casts for 2 months, wear orthotics, etc. I take supplements, etc. and have tried over and over to run energy on myself with no results, alas! It has made me very discouraged. The inflamation and daily pain have become only worse. Anyone want to try out there to send energy...anything helps!

You are on my evening list for receiving distant sessions. I understand your plight because of an old fracture of my right leg and ankle. (multiple hardware-in and hardware-outs) Has your doctor suggested any anti-inflammatory for you?

PS - have you considered physical therapy? My daughter had problems with her foot and that made a huge difference for her.

The ankles are very mysterious...I'm doing all sorts of stuff for them...currently I'm taking (for the last 3 days) Zymosine, a natural joint pain and inflamation medication. They have quite an impressive website. I have to say, the pain has moved a notched downward, so we'll see!
I long to be well again and do my Irish Step Dancing...love it!

I am wondering if your ankles also hold an emotional pain that needs recognition and healing? I may be wrong but that's what came to mind!
Perhaps you could try EFT or TAT (if you haven't already) and see if any issues 'arise'?

I wish you all the best with your music, it is magical. I just had to order a CD...

Yes, there has been a lot of stress in my life.
Recently I had a baby too (he's 10 months old) and that took a lot out of me, as I'm not a spring chicken! Haha, 41.
I'm not happy where I'm living either...long story, but trying to move back to my childhood home on an old estate. So we'll see.

I'm determined to heal this arthritis in my body. I don't believe, like most MDs, that arthritis is not curable.

I'm very big into youthing...I do all sorts of supplements, etc. plus I decided long ago that I will never age. I believe firmly that I'm a an eternal spirit and child just flowing through the life of this body.
The ankles are really annoying me, as I've never been stumped before in healing myself. I've got to beat this! Yey!

Well, my ankles are STILL the same...I'm taking all kinds of suplements...the latest is Wobenzym, and enzyme from Germany....I'm also going to try hypnosis. I've heard it can help reverse health problems.
I just wish I hadn't injured my ankles a year and a half ago...so annoying! It seems so hard to heal,easier to prevent.
Any healing energies would be more then welcome! If anyone has a healing group to send energy in a group session maybe that would help?
