I understand how you feel becouse I went through this. Now I am MUCH better, and my situation started to improve about 10 years ago when I started doing Tai Chi.(At that time I did not know about Quantum Touch)
If you think it is appropriate for you, the key factors are perseverance and not pushing for results.(make haste slowly)I had notable results only after nearly a year of daily practice but it was worth it. That's why I felt I had to share this with you.

What can I do to help YOU who helped me?

Specifically, where was the pain before? During a QT session, the pains may lessen, may increase, and/or may move around. Eventually the pain disappears completely. For you, you are currently feeling it running away to your arm(s)/hand(s), so we will chase the pain like this, until it goes away. I will add you to my list as well and work on you now. Keep us updated!

As far as how you can thank us, for a few minutes everyday, lie down and imagine what it's like to be to be completely straight again. Imagine that you can do anything you want, and that this is happening in the present moment.

Now with this pure thought, add feelings! Feel the bliss of finally being painfree. Feel the joy that you are able to get out there in the world and do exactly what you want to do. Feel the relief of finally being over these issues. painfree. what is that like?

Feel until a smile literally forms on your face as you are truly feeling that relief and joy of being who you want to be is so close. Just a few minutes a day, everyday, it's easy and beautiful.

That is how you can thank us, because when you are healed... you can go out there in the world and do what you want to do, live a more peaceful life, which will add value to your personal health, to your family, to your community and the ripple effect of your joy will be felt throughout all of us.

Like Anto says we will chase the pain around until it moves out. Pain is but one facet of the healing. You may feel emotions come up, you can even feel blissful, spacy, energized, tired, sleep very well or have lots of dreams, etc...

No need to thank.

I suggest you find someone who can do one-on-one sessions on you. It may be even more powerful and transforming, or not, it depends.

How funny!
The pain is moving around. Doesn't seem to go away but it's definately way from my back!
And yes..very weepy...tired and emotionally crazy!!! I will relax and imagine. That would be a pleasure. Never in my life have I ever been able to take a nap during the day....but the last week..I have been!!! Just freakin tired!! Thank you ANTO & BOUDEWIJN!!!!!!
