Hi I have had a very bad headache for the past for days all and any help to restore wellbeing is greatly appreciated

I'm sure you know how to take care of yourself but have you drunk enough water recently?
Also, you can try massaging, tapping or running energy into your occipital ridge - the acupoints GallBladder 20 often get tight and blocked whenever there is a headache around. Try also running energy into/tapping/massaging the very top of your crown in the centre of your head.

Hope it feels better soon - I know from experience that headaches are NO fun!
