Hi,
I have a really bad case of the flu. Its been like 3 weeks now and I went to the doc and he said there's nothing he can do but let me rest. I've read on Mercola.com that vitamin D is very important in staying healthy during flu season, and somewhere on there it has recommendations to take quite a bit of D to knock it down.. I am not sure of the dose so you will have to check on his site! Best of luck!
